The Mets and Marlins open a series tonight in Queens. It will be the first 7 games in Queens to be played against the Marlins between now and the rest of the season. Yesterday the Mets were supposed to send out Jacob deGrom yesterday but it was wet, the game was delayed and why risk it, so the Mets went with Oswalt and a bullpen game and they won! Which means we get a deGrom day today!
Jacob deGrom is 8-8 over 28 starts and 188.0 innings with a 1.68 ERA (league leading), 2.08 FIP (league leading), 0.963 WHIP and a 220 ERA+ (league leading).
