Jacob recorded 12 K’s and a human 3 runs over 6.2 innings as Rosario, Nimmo, Frazier, Conforto and Bautista all took advantage of the friendly size of Yankee Stadium. Now the Mets will look to keep the good times going as Jason Vargas gets the start in Baltimore, another homer friendly stadium.

In his last start, a rain soaked and delayed affair, he was marked on the record with 3 runs and recording 1 out.
