The real story of the Mets last night: bombs! Conforto, Cespedes, Walker Twice, Duda and Granderson! The Mets went ham last night. And Juan Lagares stole a three-run homer towards the end of the game. The end result: the Mets clinch their second series win on this road trip and put themselves in position to sweep the Phillies today. Further, the Mets have now won 5 of their last 6 games.
