The Mets did it again last night as they beat the Braves 3-2 and won their 10th straight game. Now the Amazin’s look to go a perfect 10-0 on the homestand against the Braves on getaway day before the first leg of the subway series. Last night Gee had by far his best start of the season and was the also the recipient of strong defense in the outfield by Juan Lagares. The Mets were able to scratch out some late run magic and Familia shut the door in the 9th.

His second start of the season, the one that stopped the Mets two game slide, was against the Braves and started this magical run.
