I know I have been really bad about keeping this up to date. Essentially I did the Mariners, hinted at the Nationals and then didn't cover the changes to the Indian's uniform at all and the new branding of the Nationals, so I'll get to all of that soon.
The Angels are celebrating their 50th anniversary this season and with that comes a slew of promotions etc. Earlier this week they revealed their special patch for this season and its a good one:

According to the wiki page, there should be at least one uniform change as well. Apparently they are going to change the halo back to its original gold for the season, and maybe some other changes, when that is released, I'll post it.
